Vacancies
New players are always welcome and we do have instruments available if you haven't got your own. If you haven't got your own transport, it might be possible to arrange a lift for you. You won't know until you ask!
Although we enter the Regional Contest annually, don't let that put you off if contesting is not to your liking. Our prime focus is providing public concerts, so even if you do not like the contest arena, you would be most welcome as a concert player.
Age is no barrier to joining Norfolk Wherry Brass. Our youngest players are teenagers at college and our oldest, to be fair, have a well-worn pension book!!
Guest players are also very welcome - so if you're on holiday, or working temporarily in the area, why not call in to see us.
Although we have many friends who are more than willing to help when required, we are currently looking for permanent players for the following positions:
Front/back row cornets (the principal position would be available to the right player)
Bb bass
Percussion (kit)
